On November 7th, 2022, Rachel was diagnosed with Stage 1 Triple Negative Breast Cancer. After learning about her BRCA-1 genetic mutation 10 years ago, she was lucky enough to be going to MSK for yearly screenings/imaging and at her routine MRI in October, a new malignant mass had formed. Two biopsies, a double mastectomy, reconstruction, and 10 hyperbaric oxygen treatments later, Rachel is now almost halfway through her chemo treatment and is doing GREAT!
We thought this year as she turns 35 it would mean the world to help support a cause near and dear to her and those around her.
We are so grateful to everyone for being there to support Rachel through this time. Love you all.
