FlagFit is more than a name. It’s a piece of my story.

My passion was born from a Breast Cancer journey I never expected to walk, and one I never want another person to have to walk alone.

Movement saved me. It gave me something to hold onto when my body felt like it was working against me. It gave me strength when I needed it most. And somewhere along the way, I found something even more powerful than movement… community.

Valencia Fit Body Boot Camp became my family. The people there showed up for me, pushed me, believed in me, and reminded me that I was still strong, even on the days I didn't feel it.

So I’m bringing my favorite things together for my very first Flag Fit breast cancer fundraiser. 

30 minutes. One workout. One incredible community. One powerful cause.

We’ll move together at my favorite gym, surrounded by my favorite people, with drinks from Movita Juice Bar, who will be there helping us fuel the fight.

All donations are welcome and appreciated! However, to participate in the 30-minute workout, a minimum donation of $35 is required.
