On June 24, 2020, one of the most bright and beautiful people in my life passed due to breast cancer. Her name was Marianne McPhillips, or Mom-mom to me and my cousins. She is my motivation behind starting the W-L Breast Cancer Action Club.

Breast Cancer impacts so many of those we love that almost all of us know someone who has battled it. That's why what Susan G. Komen does to help those with breast cancer is so important. Our club aims to help this organization and contribute to the incredible work they do through fundraising, and for that we ask for your help.

In 2025-2026, our club was able to hold fundraising events and have success with them! We are looking forward to doing even more for this year, 2026-2027.
