What makes you feel connected to Susan G. Komen and our mission to end breast cancer?
I have close friends who've survived breast cancer and close family who haven't survived it. It's horrible and terrifying and I appreciate all the work that's being done to eradicate it. My husbands amazing Aunt Janet was taken from us three years ago. One of my best friends is a 10 year survivor and I can’t image life without her.
Where might people get to see you with your wig on?
I'm always out and about in Stillwater so you can find me downtown, at the library, maybe even City Hall. It's ski season so I'll also be at Afton Alps and out in Colorado rocking my big pink wig on the slopes. I also usually attend the St Croix Valley Chamber Gala & Community Award Celebration which happens to land in March this year. I’ll also be having a Lunch at Leo’s. Leo’s grill and malt shop is one of my favorite restaurants in Stillwater and I’m so excited to have a burger and a malt with some of the most generous people in town!!
What will be your competitive edge against the other BigWigs?
I've always loved a good wig and am not afraid to rock a big pink one!
What is one fun fact about you?
