With a focus on developing flexibility and strength in the calves, hamstrings, thighs, and glutes, Barre uses repetitive, smaller movements designed to achieve the long, lean lines often found in dancers. Some upper body work is also included. This class has roots in ballet, but needs no ballet training for success!
