Join the O2 staff as we embark on our O2 Ride! Combining the best of interval training and great music, Ride is a music driven class that challenges you at your own level but offers you guidelines to help you get the most optimal workout in a short duration. You get to decide how fast, how much resistance and your own intensity level. A lower body workout layered with cardio bursts, and set to motivational beats, Ride will push you to your limits!
All levels are welcome and encouraged.
