On February 15th I'll celebrate my 25th anniversary of working at Susan G. Komen. It's been an amazing journey and I've worked with a lot of wonderful people. I've met some lifelong friends along the way.
When I started at Komen I was fighting for my mother and my aunt Jane. My fight has changed throughout the years. Sadly we lost Jane to this horrible disease and I've lost too many other friends too. I'm still fighting for them and for all of my friends who have been or maybe will be diagnosed in the future.
I've seen great progress in the treatment breast cancer throughout my 25 years but there's still so much more to do.
My fight isn't done and that's why I'm still at Komen and want to stay here until we reach our vision of a world without breast cancer.
Please donate today in honor of my 25 year anniversary and help us end breast cancer forever.
Ending breast cancer needs ALL of us!
