Over 30 years ago, my Mom was diagnosed with breast cancer. She is an amazing survivor having been diagnosed early and receiving remarkable treatment now living a fulfilling life. Even back then Susan Komen has been in the fight and our family is a beneficiary.
This May, as we celebrate mothers, I joined an exclusive group from Connecticut who are committed locally to the fight against breast cancer. We are leaders who honor those who have been impacted by this disease that knows no boundaries and bring urgency to our efforts to find a cure.
With the support of Komen Pink Tie Guys, we can make a difference for breast cancer patients everywhere. By investing in research, we can meet our communities’ most critical needs and help patients live better, longer lives.
It's my goal to raise $500 to support Komen’s Pink Tie Guy campaign and the vision of a world without breast cancer, and I’m asking for your help.
Together, we can ensure that Komen can continue to save lives by meeting the most critical needs of our communities and investing in breakthrough research to prevent and cure breast cancer.
