We want to make an impact in the fight against breast cancer in a different way, so we've joined together to start a team! 

We want to help Susan G. Komen save lives and end breast cancer forever. 1 in 8 women in the U.S. will be impacted by breast cancer in their lifetime, which is why we've created a team to fundraise to support Komen's vision of a world without breast cancer. 

As the world's largest and most impactful breast cancer organization, Susan G. Komen supports more breast cancer research than any other nonprofit outside the U.S. government, while providing real-time help to those facing the disease. 

To join in this effort, Colgate Field Hockey will be hosting our annual Breast Cancer Awareness Game on Saturday, October 26th, at 12 PM against Dartmouth. At the game, we?ll have raffle baskets generously donated by local Hamilton businesses, with tickets available for purchase. Leading up to the game, we?ll also be running a "Pie-a-Player" event on campus the Wednesday before, where donations give students the chance to pie one of our players while also purchasing raffle tickets. All proceeds from these events will directly support this important fundraiser, allowing our team and community to come together in the fight against breast cancer.
