This year, we want to do more than simply wear pink socks & bows. Our challenge to all football players and cheerleaders in our association is to make a donation to our Team Fundraiser for Breast Cancer via the Susan G. Komen organization.  Bows and socks typically cost no more than $5 each - so we are asking families to donate $5 (or submit an encouraging note to a cancer patient) BEFORE you wear pink socks or bows. Once you make a donation (or write a note) ECYFA will give you a pair of socks or a bow! Each Team Mom will  have them for you.

We want to help Susan G. Komen save lives and end breast cancer forever. 1 in 8 women in the U.S. will be impacted by breast cancer in their lifetime, which is why we’ve created a team to fundraise to support Komen’s vision of a world without breast cancer. 

As the world’s largest and most impactful breast cancer organization, Susan G. Komen supports more breast cancer research than any other nonprofit outside the U.S. government, while providing real-time help to those facing the disease.
