Susan was a passionate teacher in Worcester?s inner-city schools, where she inspired her students with patience, humor, and an unwavering belief in their potential. A true Italian at heart, she lived for family, her home was always open during the holidays, and even from her hospital bed she invited nurses and doctors to join in the celebration. She loved the beach and spending time with her family on Cape Cod, and she found joy in giving, especially to her children and her beloved granddaughter. Susan?s kindness knew no limits; she was the sort of person who tucked away gifts for years to come, leaving behind surprises that still bring smiles and tears long after her passing. Spirited, generous, and endlessly loving, she was the heart of our family, and her light continues to guide us every day.

Ending breast cancer forever is at the center of Susan G. Komen's mission. And that's why I'm fundraising for this incredible cause; so that no one has to face breast cancer alone. 

It's my goal to raise as much as I can to support Komen's vision of a world without breast cancer, and I'm asking for your help.
