Hello all,
I recently lost my mother to Triple Negative Breast Cancer. Her name was Pamela Haley. She was a warrior. She fought hard for nearly two years undergoing chemo and radiation along with a partial mastectomy. In honor of her, I have challenged my students in Future Business Leaders of America in which I am an advisor, to raise money in honor of her and to help others fighting this horrible disease. They were onboard to take the challenge.
I want to help Susan G. Komen save lives and end breast cancer forever. 1 in 8 women in the U.S. will be impacted by breast cancer in their lifetime, which is why I’m
fundraising to help support Komen’s vision of a world without breast cancer.
As the world’s largest and most impactful breast cancer organization, Susan G. Komen supports more breast cancer research than any other nonprofit outside the U.S. government, while providing real-time help to those facing the disease.
We hope to make a difference in fighting breast cancer!
Sincerely,
Tonya Cochran
