Ending breast cancer forever is at the center of the Susan G. Komen mission. For the past two years, our family has fought alongside Jenna in her battle against stage 2 breast cancer and are so grateful for the support we have received. Through donations Susan G. Komen has invested in groundbreaking research that has helped reduce breast cancer mortality by nearly 42%. In Jenna's case for example, she was administered targeted drugs for ER-positive, HER2-positive breast cancer that improve the overall survival rate of this aggressive form -- drugs which did not exist 5-10 years ago without cancer research and drug development.
