Susan G. Komen® - Survey - Team Komen 2025 TCS New York City Marathon Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in joining Susan G. Komen’s Team Komen for the 2025 TCS New York City Marathon!

Our application for 2025 is now closed, if you would like to be considered for the 2026 marathon, please feel free to fill out the application form below.

Participants on Team Komen will receive NYRR virtual training, free online tools and staff support for your fundraising campaign, and recognition for fundraising success.

Fundraising Minimums:
• $5,000 commitment gets you a guaranteed spot in the TCS NYC Marathon
(*note: participants are responsible for the NYRR race entry fee)
• $1,000 Run with a bib you’ve secured on your own and promote Susan G. Komen’s mission

The purpose of this form is to express interest in running the 2025 TCS New York City Marathon with Susan G. Komen and does not guarantee access to the 2025 TCS New York City Marathon on behalf of Susan G. Komen. Those selected to run with Team Komen will be contacted directly and presented with an agreement outlining official terms and guidelines.
