Top Fundraisers – Individuals who raise $1,000+
Top Fundraisers are all individuals who have raised $1,000 or more by Race Day. They are invited, along with a guest, to our Top Fundraising Area for exclusive activities and to meet other Top Individual Fundraisers! This is our way of saying "thank you" for dedicating your time and energy to our event’s success.
Top Teams – Teams who raise $2,500+
Top Teams are teams who raise $2,500 or more by Race Day. Captains of Top Teams, along with a guest, are invited to the Top Fundraiser area at the event, as our way of saying “thank you” for dedicating your time and energy to our event’s success.
What is the cost to register?
Early Bird Registration Fees from April 16 until 11:59 p.m. May 17, 2026 and get $10 off registration. No code needed.

Youth (under 18): $30
Virtual Youth (under 18): $30
Children in strollers are encouraged, but not required, to register for the event so that we may properly account for the needs of all participants. Only registered participants will receive an event T-shirt.
How long is the walk?
This year’s walking-only event is approximately two miles.
Can I bring my dog(s) to the event?
Yes! Dogs are allowed to join us on the course and in the event area. Please keep your dog(s) leashed at all times for the safety of your dog and other event participants.
Can I walk the Race?
Absolutely! This year’s event will only offer a walk option. There will be no route for runners.
Where do I park?
The Greater NYC Race for the Cure is in Foley Square this year. Public transportation and nearby paid parking is available for all participants.

We encourage participants of all ages to join us on the event day!
Where is the starting line and the finish line?
The starting line and finish line are located at Foley Square.
Do I get a t-shirt?
All registered participants will receive an event t-shirt. The shirts for survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer will be in special colors to recognize their role in our event.
Register early to receive your shirt before event day!
How will I get my t-shirt?
We are now mailing all shirts for all participants.
In order to receive your shirt in time for Race day*, you must register by Sunday, September 27, 2026 at 11:59pm Central. Participants who register after Sunday, September 27, 2026 will receive your shirt(s) by mail after the event.
*Shirts are being mailed via USPS. As with any shipping provider, delays may occur.
Please note: there will be no t-shirts available for pick up either pre-event or on event day. Thank you for your commitment to Susan G. Komen and our efforts to simplify our t-shirt process.
Why are all t-shirts being mailed this year?
Mailing all shirts guarantees you will get the size you requested. Additionally, the new program will cut down on waste and will allow for cost savings, ensuring more of your fundraising dollars are directed to Komen’s lifesaving mission.

Join us in the Hope Village area for special treats, goodies and other extras to help celebrate our survivors, those in treatment and those living with metastatic breast cancer.
Pathway of Hope/Survivor Parade | 9:00 a.m.
All survivors, those in treatment and people living with metastatic breast cancer will unite to walk into our Opening Ceremony.

Your Event T-shirt
All registered breast cancer survivors and people living with metastatic breast cancer will receive a special event shirt to recognize your special place in our event. To guarantee your shirt arrives in time for you to wear it on event morning, you must register by Sunday, September 27, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CT.
Ready to make your fundraising legendary? Participants who raise $2,500 or more for any 2026 Race for the Cure, including the 2026 Komen Greater NYC Race for the Cure, 2026 MORE THAN PINK Walk, or 2026 3-Day will be recognized as members of the 2026 Komen Legends Club. Once you become a Legend, you’ll receive exclusive benefits, including a commemorative lapel pin. Additional information will be emailed to participants as they approach $2,500 in fundraising.
