Top Fundraisers — Individuals who raise $1,000+
Top Fundraisers are all individuals who have raised $1,000 or more by Race Day. They are invited, along with a guest, to our Top Fundraising Area for exclusive activities and to meet other Top Individual Fundraisers! This is our way of saying "thank you" for dedicating your time and energy to our event’s success.
Top Teams — Teams who raise $2,500+
Top Fundraising teams each raise $2,500 or more by Race Day. Top Team Captains, along with a guest, are invited to the Top Teams area at the event, as our way of saying “thank you” for dedicating your time and energy to our event’s success.
Top Teams — Teams who raise $10,000+
Top Fundraising teams that raise $10,000 or more by Race Day will be invited to the Top Team Pavilion in our new Team village and will have their own designated space for their team.
Top Teams — Teams who raise $17,000+
Top Fundraising teams that raise $17,000 or more by Race Day will have their own designated team tent in our new Team Village for their team to gather.
What is the cost to register?
Early Bird Registration Fees through 11:59 p.m. on April 18:
Adult participants can take advantage of our Early Bird rate and register for only $30, youth participants can register for only $20. No code needed. Just head to our registration website and sign up.
On April 19th, adult registration will be $40 and youth registration will be $30 through event date, September 7th.

Register early to beat the April 19 price increase!
Children in strollers are encouraged, but not required, to register for the event so that we may properly account for the needs of all participants. Only registered participants will receive an event T-shirt.
How long is the Race?
The 2025 Komen Greater New York City Race for the Cure will be approximately 3.5 miles in length, or you may choose to walk/run our shorter 1.75 mile route and do a single loop.
Are strollers allowed at the event?
We encourage participants of all ages to join us on the event day!
Can I bring my dog(s) to the event?
Yes! Dogs are allowed to join us on the course and in the event area. Please keep your dog(s) leashed at all times for the safety of your dog and other event participants.
Can I walk the Race?
Absolutely!

Where is the starting line and the finish line?
The Greater NYC Race for the Cure will begin and end at the Naumburg Bandshell. The starting line for all runners is located to the right of the arch, please follow the signage. Walkers will start under the arch.
Shirt FAQ
Do I get a t-shirt?
All registered participants will receive an event t-shirt. The shirts for survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer will be in special colors to recognize their role in our event.
Register early to receive your shirt before event day!
How will I get my t-shirt?
We are now mailing all shirts for all participants.
In order to receive your shirt in time for Race day*, you must register by Sunday, August 3rd, 2025 at 11:59pm Central. Participants who register after Sunday, August 3rd, 2025 will receive your shirt(s) by mail after the event.
*Shirts are being mailed via USPS. As with any shipping provider, delays may occur.
Please note: there will be no t-shirts available for pick up either pre-event or on event day. Thank you for your commitment to Susan G. Komen and our efforts to simplify our t-shirt process.
Why are all t-shirts being mailed this year?
Mailing all shirts guarantees you will get the size you requested. Additionally, the new program will cut down on waste and will allow for cost savings, ensuring more of your fundraising dollars are directed to Komen’s lifesaving mission.

Your Event T-shirt
All registered breast cancer survivors and people living with metastatic breast cancer will receive a special event shirt to recognize your special place in our event. To guarantee your shirt arrives in time for you to wear it on event morning, you must register by August 3, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CT.
