“Besties” is the name of this year's commemorative Isabel Bloom sculpture!  Created and donated by Isabel Bloom in support of Komen Greater Iowa, this year's piece features two best friends.   When thinking about this piece, sculptor Donna Young says it reminds us all that your "bestie" always has your back.

The name “Besties” was chosen from our naming contest and we congratulate Misti Steiner of Clinton and Kelley Wallace of Woodstock for being selected.  A quote to accompany the name was chosen as well: “Be strong, be fearless, be brave. You are never alone”, provided by Lisa Long of Waukee.
