Our Restricted Funds:
The Toni Mountain Fund for Treatment Access Program provides gas, food, and lodging to breast cancer patients who are going through treatment in Oregon and SW Washington.
The Gray Family Fund for Advanced Breast Cancer Research is in honor of Dr. Joe Gray, a researcher and professor at Oregon Health and Science University Knight Cancer Institute. Dr. Gray is also a Susan G. Komen Research Scholar. The Gray Laboratory specializes in the study of abnormalities in select cancers. And, Dr. Gray’s wife, Jane, is battling Stage 4 breast cancer. In their honor, we have started the Gray Family Fund to help Susan G. Komen achieve the goal of reducing the number of breast cancer deaths by 50% in the U.S. by 2026.
Our work has made a difference because of you! In Oregon and SW Washington, we served more than 47,000 women, men and families last year through early detection, survivor and forever fighter support during and after treatment and cutting-edge research at OHSU Knight Cancer Institute and Providence Cancer Institute.
