This event will empower those diagnosed with breast cancer and their caregivers with practical information, self-advocacy resources and tools to support informed decision making and an equitable, high quality care experience.
For newly diagnosed patients and/or those in active treatment: If you are newly diagnosed and navigating the road ahead, this conference offers expert guidance, supportive connections, and wellness tools to empower you every step of the way.
For those people who are out of treatment: Your survivorship is more than a milestone—it’s a beacon of hope for those just beginning their experience. Join us to explore resources, build a care team for long-term well-being, and discover new ways to thrive, knowing that your story makes a difference to others.
For those living with Metastatic Breast Cancer (Stage 4): This event is designed with you in mind—offering the latest treatment insights, meaningful community connections, and wellness strategies to help you live fully today and into the future. You are warmly welcome to join us for the full day, but if a shorter schedule better suits you, consider arriving at 11:00 a.m. for our Know Your Resources session. This way, you can still experience the heart of the event and walk away with valuable support and insights.
